Growing in 2025
The Old North Saint Louis Restoration Group has received grants from CDA and SLDC for needed development work in our neighborhood. In 2025 we will be starting work on renovating an office for our group, and we will be starting stabilization projects on three buildings in the neighborhood.

1. Looking for a General Contractor to provide the following services.
a. Install new HVAC.
b. Update plumbing (ADA Bathroom remodeling)
c. Carpentry work (framing)
d. Insulation
e. Electrical
f. Install windows and doors (commercial grade)
g. Drywall
h. Drop ceiling
i. Flooring (Optional additional cost)
j. Painting (Optional additional cost)

2. Qualifications:
a. Licensed and bonded in St. Louis City
b. Liability insurance
c. Workman's compensation
d. Experience renovating commercial business
e. References required
f. Well established company

​​​The contractor payment schedule will be negotiated at contract signing and payments from the City of St. Louis Neighborhood Transformation Grant will come from a disbursement company after milestone completion and signoffs.

d. Experience restoring old properties that are deteriorated and structurally damaged
