We are getting excited for our upcoming Old North Community Tour and Arts Festival on Saturday, September 21st from 10am-5pm, and we hope that you can join us!
On the tour are some great homes, including vintage restored buildings, some houses in the process of restoration, and Old North’s soon to open coffee roastery (Sump Coffee) as well as our first doctor’s office to open for some years in a new building across from Marx Hardware. It will be a great mix of old and new, including a rehab from the Old North St. Louis Restoration Group and our partners at Habitat for Humanity. As always, ticket holders can receive a free scoop of ice cream from our neighbors at Crown Candy Kitchen.
We are also happy to bring in even more arts into the neighborhood for our event, including an all day lineup of live music, vendors, arts demos, our growing list of neighborhood murals and doors, and a book launch from Paulette Sankofa and friends with the 14th St. Artists Community.
We are still accepting sponsorships! You can find out more about tickets, volunteer opportunities, and sponsorships with ads in the tour booklet, all at www.onsl.org/tour We are happy to answer questions, just email us at HouseTour@onsl.org
