Old North St. Louis Restoration Group Wins Civic Stewardship Award from ASLA

On Saturday evening, the St. Louis Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects presented Old North St. Louis Restoration Group with its Civic Stewardship Award.  The Civic Stewardship award  recognizes individuals, businesses, and organizations who have raised awareness or have shown stewardship of the natural or built environment through their actions and deeds.  The announcement of the award noted that ONSLRG was selected for our efforts in revitalizing Old North St. Louis through such efforts as the 14th Street Mall redevelopment, historic preservation, neighborhood beautification, and sustainable strategies.
