Celebrate the Holidays - & a year of great progress in ONSL

Join us for Old North St. Louis Restoration Group’s holiday celebration & open house on Tuesday, December 23rd from 3-6 p.m. at the former Parks Drug Store, 2720 N. 14th Street.  If you show up during daylight hours, you’ll be able to enjoy a sneak peek of the continuing redevelopment of Crown Square (the former 14th Street Pedestrian Mall).

Among the causes for celebration:  over the past several months all of the “off-the-mall” buildings that are part of the Crown Square project have been completely rehabbed and are fully occupied by new Old North residents who are enjoying their first holiday season in affordable, high quality, beautifully rehabbed apartments.  The first apartments on the former mall itself are nearing completion and almost ready for occupancy.  If you or anybody you know would be interested in living in a one-of-a-kind, really cool apartment at Crown Square, contact our leasing agents at Cohen-Esrey by phone at 314-588-7267 or via email at crownsquare@cohenesrey.com.

Below are some interior views of apartments that are nearing completion or available for lease soon.
