ONSL House Tour - just 3 days away!

A few more preview photos of what you’ll be able to see in person on Saturday at the Old North St. Louis House & Community Tour…

Below: The back view of a home on the 1400 block of Hebert and the alley house, which is still in the midst of a cool rehab.

Below: This building on North 19th Street was purchased last year from the City’s Land Reutilization Authority and is still undergoing a complete rehab in preparation for use as two rental apartments. The building has benefited from a major investment in significant amount of masonry work on the south wall. The current owner also was able to acquire the building at the rear of the property, as shown in the bottom photo, which will be her personal residence.

So… don’t forget to buy your tickets early to get the advance ticket price of $10. Visit www.ONSL.org for details.
