Commercial Space for Lease at Crown Square

No, the spaces designated for commercial & retail tenants are not quite ready yet, but the good folks at Duffe Nuernberger Realty are on the job recruiting businesses to locate at Crown Square. Yesterday workers installed the commercial leasing sign at the St. Louis Avenue end of the former mall, right across the street from all of those people lined up outside of Crown Candy.

So, if you have a business or know of a business that you think would be a good fit for the heart of the dynamic urban village being established just north of Downtown, get in touch with Michele Duffe, Susan Sauer, or Paul Sauer at the numbers on the sign (as shown in the photo below).
