ONSL Works in Progress Tour - Sat. Nov. 10

If you’ve been watching the progress underway in Old North St. Louis by way of this blog or in various media reports, we invite you to come on out to the neighborhood to see it all in person next Saturday, November 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The free tour of works in progress will highlight the mix of development projects throughout the neighborhood, from single-family rehabilitation of former LRA shells to a proposed loft conversion of a 93,000 square foot warehouse building to the transformation of the former 14th Street Mall into the neighborhood’s new mixed-use “town center” at Crown Square. Over the next few days we’ll be posting a few sneak peaks at what will be on the tour, but start making your plans now to visit ONSL at some point on Saturday, November 10 between 10 and 2. In the meantime, call the Old North St. Louis Restoration Group at 314-241-5031 for more details.

Construction along N. 14th Street (as shown at 2712-14 N. 14th above) will be highlighted on the Works in Progress Tour on Sat., Nov. 10.
